Justin C. Dickey is a Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional with Porter Consulting Engineers, P.C. and holds the position of Engineering Technician. Prior to joining PCE, Justin was employed by a large consulting firm as a Transportation Design Engineer. While working in the highway design industry, Justin gained engineering experience by preparing roadway plans for various state Department of Transportation agencies, preparing project quantity calculations and cost estimates, utilizing engineering design software to assist in project plan preparation and design and coordinating project design issues, goals, and deadlines with senior staff and design team members.

Currently, as Project Engineering/Manager Technician and LEED Accredited Professional with PCE, Justin has worked on projects ranging from minor land developments to substantial multi-million dollar industrial infrastructure development projects. Justin's responsibilities include project design, project document preparation, regulatory permitting, and inspection of construction projects.
