Project Manager
Kevin G. Mullen has been with Porter
Consulting Engineers, P.C. for nearly ten years, and currently holds the
position of Project Manager. Prior to joining PCE, Kevin was employed by the
City of Meadville's Public Works Department as a Level II Engineer. While
working at the City, Kevin gained engineering experience by preparing
project drawings and specifications, performing construction inspections,
and assisting senior staff members with the collection and interpretation of
project data.
Kevin's responsibilities currently include project management, project
design, contract document preparation, regulatory permitting, inspection of construction projects, and project related
Quality Assurance/Quality Control inspections and record-keeping. Kevin's
experience with construction methods and his ability to interpret and apply
project specifications help ensure a quality finished project is provided to
our clients.
