Bruce D. Patterson, P.E. has over 37-years of experience in the engineering field and brings extensive civil, environmental, and structural design experience to PCE's project team. Mr. Patterson is licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Alaska, and his responsibilities include development of complete project designs, contract administration, project management, regulatory permitting, and client relations. Project Engineer/Manager, LEED Accredited
Justin C. Dickey is a professional engineer licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and LEED accredited. Justin's responsibilities include project design, project document preparation, and inspection of construction projects. Justin has become very familiar with the engineering processes required for the successful and economical completion of a broad range of projects.

William J. Mechlenburg, Jr., PLS is a Professional Land Surveyor and has over 35-years experience in surveying and land development experience as well as experience in subdivision layout and design, land development plan preparation, stormwater management plan preparation, permit application preparation, topographic surveys and records research.
Kevin G. Mullen
Project Manager
Kevin G. Mullen has nearly 16-years of project management and design engineering experience with the public works department of a small city (Meadville, Pennsylvania) and through his current position as a project manager with PCE. Kevin's experience with construction methods and his ability to interpret and apply project specifications help to ensure a quality finished project is provided to our clients.

Daniel C. Thumm
Environmental Biologist/Technician
Daniel C. Thumm brings his background and educational experience in biology to the firm as an Environmental Biologist/Technician. Dan's responsibilities include the performance of environmental site assessments, wetland identification and delineation, wastewater treatment design, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan preparation, as well as soil and water sampling. Dan is also proficient in the use of computers and computer software applications, and he maintains and monitors various client database information including waste hauling and transportation data, groundwater monitoring data, etc. [more]
CAD Manager
Robyn Keith has been a Drafting Technician with PCE since 2001 and is the CAD Manager of the Erie and Meadville offices. She attended the Crawford County Area Vocational Technical School in Meadville, Pennsylvania where she earned a Certificate in Drafting and Design Technology. Robyn also worked as a drafting intern for PCE while completing her technical training. Robyn is experienced in computer aided drafting (CAD), and she prepares many of our project drawings. Jason C. Mark E.A. McClintock has been with PCE for five years and has seven years experience as a Drafting Technician. Mark earned his Associates in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design from Triangle Tech in Erie, Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he is majoring in physics and engineering. Mark is experienced in computer aided drafting (CAD) and he prepares many of our project drawings.
Robin L. Stockton
Office Manager
Robin L. Stockton has been with PCE over ten years and manages the Meadville and Erie offices. As part of our project management
team, she maintains project and client account information ensuring
efficient and cost-effective project completion. Robin also manages PCE's
public relations and marketing efforts towards maintaining a professional
image for our firm and our clients.
